Deep Learning, UAVs and Precision Agriculture
In this webinar, Dr. Ovidiu Csillik, a postdoctoral research associate at the Carnegie Institute, Stanford, CA., will present his recent research on the automated identification of citrus trees based on a combination of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and object-based image analysis (OBIA) techniques available within eCognition Developer to support precision agriculture activities.
Topics covered include:
- Working with eCognition’s CNN algorithms - training and application
- The benefits of combining CNN and OBIA techniques
- UAVs for precision agriculture applications
