Coordinate shift occurs post OBIA classification when shape file is exported. The projection is done outside in ArcGIS or R. We have a tif file in Albers equal area projection and when  the image objects exported and plotted in ArcGIS with the original tif, the shift is apparent. The projection information is consistent in and out of ecognition however shift is very imminent. I wonder if there is a particular parameter that is used to solve this issue.
