Any reference rule set for classification of brownfield sites

I am using Worldview 2  image (0.5m pixel) with DSM and DTM to classify the brownfield sites. 

Area there any reference rule set to classify the follwoings?

1) warehouse/storage buildings &  2) vehicle parkings and 3) the road nearby
