The desired vendor daemon is down
If the vendor daemon is not starting up, please check the following:
- Check if there is another FlexNet based license server software from one of the following vendors installed: ArcGIS , Leica, Intergraph. This software can cause conflicts, so it is necessary to configure the ports of the eCognition license server
- Check if the local firewall is enabled. Configure the local firewall so it accepts the license server services and ports
- Check the Windows services and restart the: "FlexNet Licensing Service"
